SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUNDS
Hija de tu Madre offers Priority USPS shipping across the United States. We currently do not offer express shipping in the US.
All orders take 10 - 12 BUSINESS days to process from date of order. An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Shipping normally takes 2 - 3 BUSINESS days.
We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by USPS.
For international orders, we ship to Mexico, Canada, UK, France, and Australia. For other countries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer returns or refunds. You may however request an exchange for a different style or size depending on our stock item. Customers have 3 days from date of shipping arrival to file an exchange, and 5 - days to ship their item from date of first correspondence. Customers must email us at email@example.com to initiate the exchange process. Title your e-mail “Exchange Order” + your order number. Please include a reason for your return so we can improve our products and customer service.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must:
- be unused and in the same condition as received
- be in the original packaging, and have all original tags, buttons, and labels.

- Custom order
- Limited edition items
- Gift cards
